KB1 Sales, Refunds & Returns Policy

SALES POLICY

The KB1 Sales Policy is to describe how we sell our unique products through our only UK online website. No person or business is authorised to sell via the Internet without express contractual agreement with Rebound Sports UK Ltd (RSUK). If set up and agreed, authorised RSUK resellers will have access to the entire KB1 product line and are able to answer product or warranty questions. Purchasing a KB1 Rebounder through an authorised dealer/seller means that you receive:

  • A GREAT product that is sure to provide you with years of enjoyment
  • The support of and assistance from our representatives in helping you with your selections/questions
  • A superb RTB 12 month warranty and aftercare service should you ever need it
  • Excellent value for your money - KB1 is the best rebound system in the world


SHIPPING POLICY

  • Please allow 3-12 days for delivery depending on your UK or international location
  • KB1 does not ship to U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Saipan, Midway Islands, American Samoa, and Federated States of Micronesia)
  • Some items may not be available for purchase in some countries - please ask.


REFUNDING POLICY

  • All goods sold are refundable once the goods returned are received back to our workshop. Our refund policy is to pay the buyer back a full refund within 48 hours of the return of any purchased item.


RETURNS POLICY

  • You must contact sales@kb1.co.uk within 2 days of receipt of your order.
  • No returns will be accepted after 3 days of receipt of your order.
  • Any returns must be in saleable condition and in original, unopened packaging.
  • Return shipping and cost is the customer’s responsibility, unless you have received a damaged or wrong product.
  • Should you receive a damaged product, please contact us using the email address sales@kb1.co.uk.

RTB 12 MONTH WARRANTY

  • All KB1 Rebounders come with a full 12 month RTB warranty.
  • If you KB1 fails or becomes faulty we will take the unit back and provide a full repair of the product.
  • Returns and packaging are paid for by the buyer - KB1 will pay for the return shipping costs and packaging back to the customer.
  • Basic "wear & tear" is not covered under this scheme.
